Are you seeing the names of AMA past-presidents in the “From” field in your email whenever AMA President Dr. Fredrykka Rinaldi sends out her President's Letters? The problem may be haunting your personal address book, which might still be connecting the email address [email protected] with a past president’s name, e.g., Dr. Paul Boucher.

Ghost busting

  • Search your personal address book for the older contact linked to [email protected]. Delete that contact.
  • Create a new contact called “AMA President” with the email address of [email protected].
